i record to REMEMBER, put together.    Music: "Follow the LIGHT.  Fear not night."

                           WHAT Happened!

(it really did. just the facts.)

evidence:

i record to REMEMBER, put together.

As a videographer, I record events in order to experience them many times, from many perspectives.  I am not able to enjoy every level going on at once, and even video captures more levels than I experience.

Now I am recording my pain (briefly and abstractly referenced under "evidence:"), and the education I by which I endeavored to bury the pain. (Yet act in a rational way - M. Scott Peck's "choosing love" - towards other people.)  In many cases, each word of my notes refers to a semester's worth of study.  In "putting together" the big picture of how my mind was formed by early experiences and education I began at the time of those experiences, I hope to undo the madness evoked by their combination.

I have hidden from my education for many years.  Now I am reclaiming it from a new perspective.  I have hidden from my life energy for 27 (of 30) years.  Now it is claiming me back, with a new angel. Let's just say, feelings belong inside!

Music: "Follow the LIGHT.  Fear not night."

This is what was playing as I wrote these notes.  Lines from a Travis song:

TRAVIS - Follow The Light Lyrics from SeekLyrics.com

nobody really knows where they're supposed to go
hiding behind a wall
afraid that they'll lose it all
but it's alright
just follow the light
and don't be afraid of the dark
in the moonlight you'll dance til you fall
and always be here in my heart
but nobody wants to know
cos nobody even cares
everyone's on the make
yeah and everyone's out for themselves
me i'm on the longest road
where everything's overload
but i've got my heart and soul
so don't throw me overboard
cos it's alright
just follow the light
and don't be afraid of the dark
in the moonlight
you'll dance til you fall and always be here in my heart
cos it's alright
just follow the light
and don't be afraid of the dark
in the moonlight
you'll dance til you fall
and always be here in my heart
cos it's alright alright now
and you're alright
yeah we're alright now

This song is on a tape I made of songs, poetry, and teaching.  It was intended to be the background of a variety of experiences, to be enjoyed from many angles.
